Description:The best way to describe this image is that its what was going through my mind when I was having a bad day at work, combined with sitting in a doctors waiting room getting a lump in my neck checked out and then later additions when I was sitting in traffic choking on exhaust fumes. The image was captured using a digital camera so the quality is pretty average
