Description:In the second half of the 1990s, selected irregulars from the userbase of local BBS Virtual Delusions would gather Saturday nights in Bast s basement to watch terrible old B-movies in midnight screenings of Mystery Science Theater 3000. It was an arduous trek across municipal boundaries and a body of water on our regional public transportation system during its scantiest service hours, so it was only possible to attend a couple of these sessions, but the journey sure made the experience [during what would have typically been prime time BBS-dialing witching hours] memorable as all getout. Following the lead of atonalosprey, Cthulu drew this ANSI art remix of MST3K s memorable iconography for use as an infofile header in the science fiction-themed MIST0523 artpack collection.
