Description:i've entitled this piece "Medicine Dive" because in part it's a surrealistic meditation of a medicinal sort. That is, here is a pre-colonized indigenous person, fully unafraid of "death", who appears to think nothing of jumping off a cliff while occupying his thoughts only with how to help a BEAR *fly*! How could *anyone* do something like THAT? aH, and herein is more insight into the mystery of folks who ain't had their mindsets colonized! Anyone heard of Hiawatha or Degandawidah? NOTE: i'm seeking to have this published in a magazine or something, so contact me if you're so inclined.
