This original, one-of-a-kind painting/collage was created with layer-after-layer of thin, fiberous imported papers, walnut ink, gel medium, sand, acrylic paint applied over a photo transfer on a sturdy masonite panel. Other ephemera, such as thread, give the piece additional texture. It was impossible for the camera to capture all of the deep, textual layers and dimension that this piece possesses.
