Description: In August 2003 I began experimenting with the monotype method of printmaking. I used tempera paint and various "found papers" for each number in the series. I mounted a one-man-show of approximately half (53 works) of the full series in January 2004. With a nod of the head and a wink of an eye to the "pop artists" of the 1960's, I chose the 1950's icon - a TV Dinner tray - as my subject.
