Description:The National Cherry Blossom Festival is held every year in Washington D.C. It's sponsored by the Japanese government, but managed by an American organization. Given recent events I knew a flag would be necessary, but I didn't want to get too far away from the idea of being under those beautiful trees. This looks particularly good on their coffee cups.
