I think that meams like...the highest level of skill in placing an object or objects in a location for safekeeping. Such as the awesome Cosm squares of radical cosmic power and profound corollary significance derived from the numeric minerals and spicey textual and lyrical nutrients that brew deep below the Cosm mantle.
